Client Brief

The flagship showroom spans two levels, designed to cater to both trade customers and staff needs. It features dedicated zones for product display, staff workspaces, new product photo shoots, and stock storage. Aesthetic considerations prioritize mood-enhancing colors and luxurious textures to create an inviting atmosphere for clients to explore Cultiver’s collections.

Level One: Elegant Simplicity

Drawing inspiration from Italian loggias, the ground floor exudes sophistication with arched colonnades and bordered checkerboard marble floors. Hand-painted “tiles” on poured concrete create a rich tapestry effect, complemented by a custom ottoman upholstered in Cultiver fabric. The kitchen is rejuvenated with gumleaf grey/blue joinery and a textured splashback imprinted with native tree leaves, reflecting Cultiver’s commitment to sustainable fabric selection.

Level Two: Domestic Comfort

Upstairs, domestic vignettes are framed by recessed arches and partial-height walls, blurring the line between display and function. Warm salmon terracotta tones visually expand the space, enhancing the ‘lived-in’ feel of Cultiver’s natural linens.
